Legal and privacy
Privacy Notice
This notice explains what information MedTour handles when you browse the website or ask for medical travel coordination.
Last updated: 2026-07-14
1. Who is responsible
Fastbee Private Limited operates this website and is responsible for deciding how inquiry information is used for coordination. Our coordination office is at J-4, Green Park Extension, New Delhi 110016, India. The registered legal name and dedicated privacy contact will be added once confirmed.
2. Information we collect
- Contact information, such as name, email, phone, country, and city.
- Information you voluntarily provide about a diagnosis, treatment need, age, or preferred destination.
- Technical security information, such as request time, browser type, and server logs.
- Analytics information only when a privacy-focused analytics service is configured and you choose to allow it.
3. Why we use it
We use inquiry information to respond, understand the service requested, identify potentially relevant providers, coordinate next steps, protect the website, and meet applicable legal obligations. We do not use the inquiry form to make automated medical decisions.
4. Health-related information and consent
Health information may be sensitive. Include only what is reasonably needed for the first response. We ask for explicit consent before accepting health-related information. We will seek a further clear confirmation before sending records or case details to a hospital, doctor, interpreter, travel partner, or another provider.
5. Service providers and international transfers
The website is hosted on our infrastructure and uses Web3Forms to deliver inquiry messages. If analytics is enabled, the selected provider is disclosed in our Cookie and Analytics Notice. Coordinating international care can require information to move to another country, but this should occur only after the patient confirms the intended recipient and purpose.
6. Retention and security
We keep information only for as long as needed to answer the inquiry, coordinate an ongoing request, handle disputes, or meet legal obligations. Access should be limited to people who need it. No internet transmission is completely secure, so do not send emergency information or full medical records through the first-contact form.
7. Your choices and rights
You may ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction, or withdrawal of consent where applicable. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing that occurred before withdrawal. Some records may need to be kept when legally required.
8. Children and emergencies
A parent or lawful guardian should submit inquiries for a minor. This website is not an emergency service. Contact local emergency services or a qualified local clinician for urgent symptoms.
9. Changes
We may update this notice as services or legal requirements change. The date above shows the latest published version.
