Legal information
Website Terms of Use
These terms explain the limits of this website and MedTour’s coordination role.
Last updated: 2026-07-14
1. Acceptance
By using this website, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Notice. If you do not agree, do not submit information or rely on the website.
2. Coordination—not medical care
MedTour provides information and coordination support. It does not diagnose, prescribe, provide emergency care, or replace a doctor-patient relationship. Hospitals, doctors, laboratories, insurers, and travel providers are responsible for their own services and decisions.
3. Directory information
Profiles are provided for comparison. Qualifications, registrations, accreditations, availability, fees, outcomes, and facility capabilities can change. Users must verify material information with the relevant official provider or authority.
4. Estimates and outcomes
Displayed prices are indicative only unless a provider issues a written case-specific estimate. Final costs can change after clinical review or because of complications, additional tests, length of stay, currency movements, or travel needs. No clinical outcome is guaranteed.
5. No implied endorsement
Listing a provider does not, by itself, mean MedTour owns, controls, employs, or formally partners with that provider. Any commercial relationship should be clearly disclosed when relevant to a patient’s decision.
6. User responsibilities
Provide accurate information, protect account and document access, independently review the proposed provider, obtain appropriate visas and insurance, follow clinical advice from qualified professionals, and contact local emergency services when urgent care is needed.
7. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, submit another person’s sensitive information without authority, interfere with availability, or copy directory content at scale.
8. External links and availability
External websites have their own terms and privacy practices. We aim to keep MedTour available and accurate but cannot promise uninterrupted access or that every item is error-free.
9. Liability and local law
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded. Other limitations and the governing-law clause should be reviewed by qualified counsel after MedTour’s registered legal entity and operating jurisdictions are confirmed.
